Learning Facilitators
The two-day programme has been carefully designed to give participants plenty of time for planning and discussion. Throughout the event, the Commissioning Simulator accurately analyses input from participants and provides feedback at regular intervals.
In their feedback, facilitators will reveal how the decisions made by the different teams are affecting the PCT’s results.
- Are services meeting people’s needs?
- Are providers performing well enough?
- Are there any gaps in the processes?
The Commissioning Simulator programme will reveal the answers to these and many other issues.
