Broadening Health Horizons

Working in teams, Commissioning Simulator participants are asked to fulfill roles different from their personal work backgrounds.This role ‘mix-up’ enables participants to see challenges in the commissioning process from a new perspective, and gives groups the opportunity to learn from each other.

Risk-Free Learning

A great way to get people thinking, taking and sharing ideas in an open, supportive environment, the Commissioning Simulator programme leaves people with more confidence and a greater understanding of their roles in and their impact on the commissioning process.

Learning Facilitators

Throughout the event, Commissioning Simulator programme facilitators provide feedback at regular intervals, to reveal how specific decisions affect the PCT’s results.
